Simon Fischer ‘Basics’

Great book, indeed. Worth going through again and again (though with 300 exercise and daily routines can easily engage you entire life as a violinist).

Another day in the mind of Clayton Haslop

Up until now I’ve been following Clayton Haslop’s newsletter (about violin playing) with great interest and passion and I’ve started to consider him as my motivation & inspiration in pursuing such a great hobby. Without him (and other characters, of course) I would risk losing sight of the distant star (cited by Lord Menuhin) that helps us violinists achieve our greatest potentials.
